Atem Subscription Policy

We value your trust in Atem’s subscription service and strive to provide a hassle-free experience. Below, you’ll find all the details about our subscription policies to ensure clarity and transparency.


1. Subscription Management

  • You can modify, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting us at info@atem.health
  • Changes to your subscription (including cancellations) must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle.

2. Billing and Payments

  • Subscription charges are automatically processed on your selected billing date.
  • By subscribing, you authorise Atem to charge your saved payment method for recurring payments until you cancel your subscription.
  • If a payment fails, we will notify you, and your subscription will be temporarily paused until payment is resolved.

3. Delivery Schedule

  • Your subscription order will be shipped according to the delivery frequency you selected (e.g., every 2, 4, or 6 weeks).
  • Shipping times may vary based on location, but we strive to ensure prompt delivery.

4. Refunds and Returns

  • Subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at info@atem.health within 7 days of delivery for assistance.

5. Price Changes

  • Atem reserves the right to adjust subscription pricing.
  • Subscribers will be notified of any pricing changes at least 30 days in advance.

  • You may cancel at any time through your account portal or by contacting us.
  • If you cancel after your payment has been processed, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
